What to Expect from a Prairie Navigator Marketing Audit & Photo Shoot

In-Clinic Visit

When we visit your veterinary clinic, we will:

Briefly introduce ourselves and go over our proposed shotlist for the photo and video shoot.
Shoot stills and video of the interior and exterior of your clinic. We also will shoot portraits of your staff members if you wish, as well as photos of the team as a group. Other clinic-related photos that you desire will be included.
Conduct a brief interview with you to learn about any issues that you believe are pressing.

We will ask you:

To provide us your marketing communication materials, URLs for websites, and examples of email communication with pet owners. It is a good idea to collect these prior to our visit.

After the Visit

We will review and select the best images and videos from our shoot and provide them to you in formats that are most useful to you. It will take us about a week to compile your marketing audit report, which will include:

A brief overview of the practice's current marketing situation.
A detailed assessment of your website and marketing communication materials.
An analysis of your social media performance.
A summary of your online reviews.
An analysis of your local search visibility.
A summary of the impressions made by your facility.

We also will include an outline of how our services can help you continue to grow and improve.
